Olive oil is very versatile and used in a number of different ways from cooking to beauty care.
It contains a lot of anti-aging antioxidants and squalene, that is oil, produced naturally in the body. Squalene is an excellent use for hair and skin because of it’s ability to hydrate and protect the skin and hair from UV-rays damage. Unfortunately, our bodies slow to produce squalene as we aging, and this contributes to dryness of our skin and hair. .
Warm olive oil treatment mask will help to protect hair and reduce breakage and split ends.
